




1. Posture
Stay straight. You can add a few inches to your height by just staying straight. Always put your head up and shoulders back. People would perceive you even taller if you stand or walk this way. It won't only look good but also will benefit you in good health and mood.
2. Keep Fit
Fit or thin people usually look taller. I'm fit and I always get surprised when people guess my height a few inches taller than I am. If you have excessive weight you will benefit loosing it, so you can improve both your health and looks. If you are fit then of course, don't starve yourself just because you want to look taller. Everything should be in moderation and safe.
3.Clothes
Try to experiment with different clothes you have. Avoid wearing baggy clothes that will make you look wider. Colors and styles can affect the way you look too. Ask your friend or your spouse to give a second opinion what outfit looks the best on you. Try to wear nice clothes because if you look good and feel good then maybe people will like you more and won't care about your height as much. Usually dark colors or one piece clothing helps people to look taller.
You can also wear certain shoes that increase your height or you can buy show lifts that serve the same purpose.
4. Time of the day
People usually look taller in the morning and then getting shorter by the end of the day. But in the evening people are more relaxed and more likely to like you.
5. Exercise
Some people believe certain exercise can help increase height, I don't know yet if it's really true because never tried it. Maybe exercise can help you to have a good posture to look tall.
