My name is He Jinchang. People also call me He Jindao. I was born in year1960 in a family of scholar. After years of study, I firstly came to work as a government official, 9 years later, I quitted the job and went to Shenzhen for starting my own business from the very beginning, a few years later, I earned my first gold, and then I moved to Guangzhou and set up Changfeng Shoes Manufacture Co., Ltd.
Running a factory is really a hard job. It requires life-long time of hard working, so I asked for perfection in every aspect in life. By going one step further, I strived for wisdom, power and ethic perfection. At the same time, I came to understand more and further to the Corporate Culture and Theory of Being Success. Later I changed my name from Jinchang to Jindao (Dao in Chinese means axiom), with the hope that I will keep putting "axiom" in the first place and think of the right things to do before making money.
